How To: Printing a List of Packages (03-06-04)

Overview

This selection is used to print a list of packages that are set up in the system. You can filter the report by package item number and date, and sort the report by package item number or brand.

Step-by-Step

  1. In the ‘Sort by’ field:
    1. Enter “1” to sort the report by package item number. Continue to Step 2 of this tutorial.
    2. Enter “2” to sort the report by brand. Skip to Step 4 of this tutorial.

  1. If you are sorting the report by package item number, enter the package item to begin the report with in the ‘Enter Starting #’ field. Press the Tab key to begin the report with the first package item number on file.

  1. In the ‘Enter Ending Item #’ field, enter the package item to end the report with. Press the Tab key to end the report with the last item on file.

  1. If you are sorting the report by brand, enter the brand to begin the report with in the ‘Enter Starting Brand’ field. Press the Tab key to begin the report with the first brand on file.

  1. In the ‘Enter Ending Brand’ field, enter the brand to end the report with. Press the Tab key to end the report with the last brand on file.

  1. Enter the ID of a printer or spooler.
