How To: Changing the Pickup Branch on an Order (02-08-02)

Step-by-Step
Changing the Pickup Branch for an Entire Order
- Access an order and lock it using the steps described in the ‘Adding a Line to an Order’ tutorial.
- Click the Routing tab.
- In the ‘Warehouse’ drop-down menu, select the new pickup branch.
- When finished making changes, click OK.
Changing the Pickup Branch for an Individual Item
- Access an order and lock it using the steps described in the ‘Adding a Line to an Order’ tutorial.
- Click the Detail tab.
- Click the line containing the item for which you are changing the pickup branch.
- In the ‘P/U’ drop down field, select the new pickup location for the item.
- Click Close.
- The Detail Maintenance window appears. Click Yes to update the changes.
- The new pickup branch is now reflected in the ‘P/U’ field on the detail tab.
