Below are descriptions of each field on the Inventory Statistics screen.

Brand
The item’s brand.
Dept
The item’s department.
Prod Type
The item’s product type.
Item #
The item number appears in this field.
Pr
If the item has a Priority Flag in Field 8 of Inventory Master File Inq/Maint, it appears in this column.
SO
If the item is a special order item, “S” appears in this column.
Description
The item’s description.
Vendor Price
The Vendor Price for the item, from Field 13 of Inventory Master File Inq/Maint.
Last PO Cost
The Last PO Cost for the item, from Field 15 of Inventory Master File Inq/Maint.
GMROI
The average return that you are receiving from the item. A ratio higher than 1.0 means that you are earning more from the item’s sale than it cost you to buy it. A ratio lower than 1.0 means that you are earning less from the item’s sale than it cost you to buy it.
NOTE: The amount in this field is based on the value entered in the ‘Days Updated in Quarter’ field.
QTD GM
The item’s Gross Margin for the current quarter.
Prior QTR GM
The item’s Gross Margin for the previous quarter.
Month 1 – Month 6
The item’s sales, in units, for the past 6 months (including the current month).
PO Fut
The quantity of the item on purchase order(s) that have a receiving date more than two months into the future.
PO Month 3
The quantity of the item on purchase order(s) that have a receiving date two months away.
PO Month 2
The quantity of the item on purchase order(s) that have a receiving date for next month.
PO Month 1
The quantity of the item on purchase order(s) that have a receiving date for this month or a previous month.
Onhand
The item’s current quantity on hand for all branches.
Flr-Dam
The item’s current floor plus damaged quantity for all branches.
Avail
The item’s quantity available for all branches.
(Onhand – Committed – Floor Stock/Model – Damaged – Outbound)
(Onhand – Committed – Floor Stock/Model – Damaged – Outbound)
Commit
The item’s current committed quantity for all branches.
Min
This is the minimum quantity that you want to have onhand at the store at all times (optimum stock level).
