The following updates have been applied to TylerNet. Please read them carefully, as some might require action from you.
Order Upload – Dispatch Track – 02-08-12-05
The Dispatch Track file will now download to the path “C:\tyler\filename”.
IMPORTANT: You must create an unprotected folder named ‘tyler’ on the root of your C: drive before downloading the Dispatch Track file. This change was made to accommodate Windows 10 users that were having download issues.
Order Upload – Dispatch Track – 02-08-12-05
For Service calls only, the line delivery date must match the header delivery date.
Physical Inventory – Posting File Load – 03-30-04
When Posting File Load cannot be completed due to current movement activity, Tyler will now display the document number (customer order, purchase order, transfer or adjustment) that is preventing a clean cut-off.
Inventory Statistics – Format Change – 03-65
The design of this selection have been completely updated. Both Export and Print are now in landscape format. Please see the documentation to learn more.
Service – Service Labor Report – 07-30
This report now includes work orders that are open (locked) by another user.
Accounts Payable Invoice Entry – 1-Key Transmit – 11-01
When 1-key transmit is enabled, the cursor will stop at ‘Charge Back Already Used’ prompt (when applicable) and allow the user to enter “YES” or “N”.
Accounts Payable – Vendor Master – 11-30
Will display a comma when the dollar amount is over one million.
Accounts Payable – Transaction Inquiry – 11-31
When re-sorted, the invoice date column will sort in YYMMDD order.
Accounts Payable – 1099 Processing 11-42
A new field has been added for FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act). The FATCA field is entered in 1099 Maintenance and will be included in all appropriate prints and transmissions.
Rental – Contract Return – 22-05
Sold assets will update the retirement date using the return contract date rather than the start of day date.
Guardsman- FTP & SFTP – 24-1-10-1 & 24-1-10-6
Guardsman can now be transmitted using FTP or SFTP protocol. Please see the documentation to learn more.
IMPORTANT: As of May 1, 2016, Guardsman will only allow SFTP connections.
Item Master Import/Export – Floor Plan Flag – 24-10
Items with a floor plan flag of ‘W’, ‘w’ ‘V’, and ‘v’ will not be allowed. These flags are used for warranty link purposes.
Nielson Whirlpool Export – ShopperTrak – 24-12
A ‘ShopperTrak’ option has been added to this selection. When this box is checked, the ticket total without tax and the time the invoice was processed appear in the report results (in the ‘Total’ and ‘Time’ columns, respectively.) Please see the documentation to learn more.
