How To: Viewing Order Statuses (02-08-04)
Overview
This tutorial describes how to view order statuses based on the warehouse, region, and delivery date.

Step-by-Step
- Select a Warehouse. Only orders for the selected warehouse will appear in the list. Choose All to view statuses for all warehouses.
- Choose a Region.
- Enter the date range for the listing (or select it from the calendar). Orders with a delivery date on or before the selected date are included in the results.
- Click Refresh to display the listing.
NOTE: Whenever the criteria for the listing changes, you must click Refresh to update the results.
- The listing appears. Click on a line to view the orders contained in that group.
- You can sort any of the columns by clicking on the column heading.
- For each date, there is a separate line for each status and for each route. For example, if there are ‘Open’ orders and ‘Ready to update’ orders on 04/22, the Open orders will show on one line and the Ready to update orders appear on a separate line. If there are Open orders on 04/22 assigned to Route 1 and Open orders assigned to Route 2, these will also appear on separate lines.
