How To: Using the Order Maintenance Interface (02-08-04)

Overview

This tutorial describes how to use the Order Maintenance Interface feature of the Order Processing Status selection.

The Order Maintenance interface is used to make changes to any of the orders displayed on the right side of the screen.

Step-by-Step

  1. Enter the criteria for the order status listing (as described in the Viewing Order Statuses tutorial) and click Refresh.

  1. Click on a line in the order status listing.

  1. Select the Maintain option (found directly below the order numbers).

  1. Click an order number.

  1. The Order Maintenance screen appears.

  1. Before you can make changes to the order, you must lock it.

  1. Make any necessary changes to the order (i.e. add/delete a line, change the price, etc.)

  1. Click OK to return to the Order Processing Status screen.
