How To: Manually Adding an Order (02-08-05)
Overview
The following tutorial describe how to manually add an order to Order Approval.
Step-by-Step
NOTE: To manually add an order, it must have a status of ‘0’ or ‘1.’
- In the ‘Manually Add Order’ field at the bottom of the screen, enter the order to add to the Order Approval process.
- Use the Search button to look up an order.
- Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
- The Order Approval Details window opens. Accept or modify the information on the screen.
- Click Update.
- The Details window closes and the order is added to Order Approval. Notice that ‘M’ appears in the ‘M?’ column, signifying that this order was manually added.
