How To: Manually Adding an Order (02-08-05)

Overview

The following tutorial describe how to manually add an order to Order Approval.

Step-by-Step

NOTE: To manually add an order, it must have a status of ‘0’ or ‘1.’

  1. In the ‘Manually Add Order’ field at the bottom of the screen, enter the order to add to the Order Approval process.
    • Use the Search button to look up an order.

  1. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.

  1. The Order Approval Details window opens. Accept or modify the information on the screen.

  1. Click Update.

  1. The Details window closes and the order is added to Order Approval. Notice that ‘M’ appears in the ‘M?’ column, signifying that this order was manually added.
