Below are the Field Definitions for the Employee Master List selection.
Fields
The employee information in this report is entered and maintained in Employee Master Maintenance (10-20) and Employee Special Maintenance (10-21) and cannot be modified here.
Column
Description
Employee Name
This is the employee’s name as set up in the ‘Invoice Name’ field of Employee Master Maintenance. If this name is less 3 characters, the entry in the ‘Legal Name’ field appears.
Empl #
This is the employee number.
Location
This is the branch assigned to the employee.
Job Class
This is the employee’s job class, if assigned.
Comm Plan
This is the commission plan that is applied to the employee’s sales, if assigned.
ADP #
This is the employee’s ADP number, if assigned.
Date Hired
If set up, this is the date the employee was hired on.
Empl Status
This is the employee’s status as part time or full time.
Legal Name
This is the employee’s full legal name.
