  1. From the ‘Region’ drop-down list, select a region for the report. Select ‘All’ to include data from all regions on the report.
NOTE: If territories and/or markets are set up in Market/District Maint (30-02-06), you can select one from this list instead of selecting a region.

  1. From the ‘Store’ drop-down menu, select a store for the report. Select ‘All’ to include data from all stores on the report.

  1. In the ‘From’ and ‘To’ fields, enter a date range for the report or select it from the calendar.

  1. In the ‘Customer Number’ field, enter a customer number (or use the search feature to look one up) to limit the report to a single customer. Leave the field blank to run the report for all customers.

  1. Specify whether the report should include ‘Written’ or ‘Delivered’ Sales.

  1. Specify the type of costs to include. Click the ‘Unit Cost’ radio button to base gross margins and variances on the Unit Cost. Click the ‘Vendor Price’ button to base these calculations on the Vendor Price.

  1. In the ‘Service Branches’ field, select ‘Include’ to include service branches, ‘Exclude’ to not include service branches, or ‘Only’ to include only service branches on the report.

  1. Click ‘Refresh.’ The report results appear.

  1. The report is sorted by customer number and region. If the customer has purchases at more than one branch in a region, a plus sign appears next to the customer number. Click the plus sign to reveal the sales at each store for the customer. Click the ‘Expand’ button at the bottom of the screen to reveal the sales at each store for all customers.
    • Click the minus button to hide the sales at each store for the customer. Click the ‘Collapse’ bottom to hide the sales at each store for all customers.

  1. Click the ‘Print’ button to print a paper copy of the report (optional). At the prompt, enter the ID of a physical printer, or enter “PDF” to save the report to a PDF file.
IMPORTANT: The PDF is automatically saved to the ‘Sales Analysis’ directory set up in Company/PDF Export (30-04) and/or By Term Company/PDF Export (30-05). If a ‘Sales Analysis’ directory is not specified in either those selections, complete that process before printing this report to PDF.

  1. Click ‘Export File’ to download the report to your computer (optional). Accept the pre-prompted save location, or enter a new one. Then click Ok.
IMPORTANT: Since the exported file is tab delimited, save it with a ‘.txt’ extension.
