‘Refresh’ button has been added to ‘Status Inquiry’ (02-01)
A ‘Refresh’ button has been added, allowing you to update statuses without exiting the selection.
Updates to Sales Transaction Inquiry (02-16)
The following updates have been made to this selection:
- The ‘Total’ column heading has been changed to ‘Ticket Total.’
- When searching by Item #, the search results will display the item number, line number, and line price for each ticket meeting the search criteria.
New GUI Selections in Sales Transactions Preferences (02-18)
The following selections have been converted to GUI:
- Dept GM% or Prod Type/Taxable (02-18-02)
- Prod Type to Flag on Audit (02-18-05)
- G/L Account Number (02-18-06)
- Warranty Code Maintenance (02-18-08-01)
- Warranty Item Number Maintenance (02-18-08-02)
- Environmental Tax/Fee Maintenance (02-18-12-04)
Thank You Card Report displays Salesperson Name (02-31)
The Thank You Card Report now displays the salesperson’s name after the employee number.
New GUI Package Inventory Selections (03-06)
The following Package Inventory selections have been enhanced to GUI:
- Package Inventory Menu (03-06)
- Package File Entry and Maintenance (03-06-01)
- Package File Inquiry (03-06-02)
- Sub-Item to Package Inquiry (03-06-03)
New Quantities Added to Package File Entry & Maintenance Listing (03-06-01)
The package sub-item listing now displays the ‘Company Committed’ quantity and ‘Branch Committed’ quantity (based on the branch assigned to the terminal).
Inv Available for Sale Fixes & Updates (03-07)
When ’25’ (Field 25) is set up in the ‘Specification for Item Search’ section of Inventory Preferences (03-90-02), the column titles and prices on the Inventory Search window of Inv Available for Sale are now displaying correctly.
If a Priority Flag is set up for an item in Field 8 of Inventory Master (03-01), it now displays in the ‘Priority Field’ of this selection.
‘By Store’ Transfer Numbers for Branch Overstock/Stock Transfer (03-61-02)
This selection now allows transfer numbers to be generated by store.
Inventory Valuation Available in GUI (03-63)
When entering this selection, you have the choice to view the report in GUI or Non-GUI.
The GUI version allows you to view the report on the screen, open it directly in Excel (and save to your computer), save it to a PDF, or print a paper copy.
Non-GUI has not changed from the old version and only allows you to print the report to a physical printer or spooler.
Sales Statistics Report Fix for Quantities Greater Than One (05-10-03)
This selection has been corrected to properly print the Written/Delivered Sales quantity when the quantity on a ticket is greater than 1.
New Territory/Market option in ‘Sales by Sales Associates’ (05-41-08)
This selection now has the option to select a Territory/Market from the ‘Region’ drop-down list.

GUI Warranty Code Maintenance in Customer History (06-02)
The Warranty Code Maintenance selections have also been updated here:
Paycheck Printing Includes All One Time Deductions & the Pay Rate on the Stub (10-12)
This selection has been enhanced for direct deposit stubs. When you have multiple one-time deductions for an employee and the preference ‘Print Pay Rates on Check Stub’ in Payroll General Preferences (10-90-03) is set to ‘Y’, the stub will include all one-time deductions and the pay rate.
Payroll Update (Saskatchewan Province Only) (10-14)
This change only applies to businesses in the Saskatchewan Province: When the system calculates the employee Vacation YTD $ EARNED, it will calculate on total gross earning including vacation pay.
Override Credit Limit Now GUI (12-27)
This selection is now GUI.
New GUI Prior Period Transactions Report (12-38)
This selection is now GUI. As with other GUI reports, you can view the report on the screen, open it directly in Excel (and save to your computer), save it to a PDF, or print a paper copy.
With this report, you also have the option to print it in GUI or Non-GUI format.
New Selection Added: QERRLOG File Inquiry (34-80-07)
A new GUI selection has been added for diagnosing hard errors in the system.
