Field Definitions: Monthly Supply Report (03-68)
Overview
Below are descriptions of each field on the Monthly Supply Report screen.

Column
Description
Item Number
This is the product’s item number.
Description
This is the description of the item.
Brand
This is the item’s brand.
Avg Mtd Units
This is the item’s average number of units sold over the last 12 months.
Curr Mtd Units
This is the item’s current number of units sold for the month to date.
Qty Avail
This is the quantity of units available and in stock for the item.
Minimum ReOrder
This is the minimum reorder quantity for the item.
NOTE: An item’s minimum reorder can be set and maintained in Manual Min Reorder (03-04).
Supply VS Demand
This column determines if the quantity available is higher than a month’s supply at the current sale rate. If so, a ‘>’ sign will display for the line. If the quantity available is lower than a month’s supply at the current sale rate, a ‘<' sign appears in the column. If it is equal, a '=' sign will display.
