How To: Changing A/R Recurring Charges (12-26)

Overview

This tutorial describes how to modify A/R Recurring Charges.

Step-by-Step

  1. Double-click the recurring charge you would like to modify.
    NOTE: If a recurring charge’s A/R account has been written off, the recurring charge information is displayed, but the account’s customer name will be displayed as ‘***WRITE OFF ACCOUNT***’. These recurring charges will need to be deleted from the selection.

  1. Make changes to the recurring charge’s information, as needed.

  1. Click the ‘Update’ button to save the changes.
