New Message in Picking/Packing Sheet Print (02-08-10)

This selection has been updated to display a message if Picking/Packing Sheet Print is open on another partition.

“Branch xxxx Is Being Processed In Partition Pxx”

Columns Added to the GUI Sales Tax Report (02-43-03)

The Detail tab of the GUI Tax Report now contains a ‘CPU’ column. Two asterisks (**) will appear in this column for transactions designated as Customer Pickup. This includes Take With transactions and any other ticket on which the ‘Customer Pickup’ box was checked in POS Entry (02-02) or Order Maintenance (02-08-02).

Address, City, State, and Zip Code columns have also been added for all transactions types. These columns only appear on the screen display or in an exported file.

Changes to the Inventory Valuation Report (03-63)

The following changes have been made to this selection:

  • ‘Y’ displays by default at the ‘Run GUI Inventory Valuation’ prompt.
  • The ‘Regular Stock’ box on the GUI Report is now checked by default.
  • An ‘In-Progress’ message now displays while the report is being loaded.

Inventory Aging Report Now GUI (03-70)

This selection is now GUI.

Additional select criteria have been added: Brand, Department, Product Type, Include Boxed Stock, Include Floor Stock, and Include Damaged Stock. You also have options for Displaying All Items with Aged Quantity, items Over 60 days, items Over 120 days, and items Over 180 days.

This report can be opened directly in Excel and saved to your computer.

Recurring Charges Prompts Branch ID (12-26)

When creating a new recurring charge, the branch assigned to the terminal in System File Management (30-01, Terminal Configuration) now appears in the ‘Audit’ field by default. You can change it if necessary.
