How To: Zeroing Floor Model / Damaged Quantities by Branch and Product Type (03-91-12)

Overview

This selection is used to zero Floor Model and/or Damaged quantities by branch and product type.

Step-by-Step

  1. At the ‘Enter #’ prompt:
    1. Enter “1” to zero Floor Model quantities for a specific branch and product type.
    2. Enter “2” to zero Damaged quantities for a specific branch and product type.
    3. Enter “3” to zero Floor Model and Damaged quantities for a specific branch and product type.

  1. At the ‘Branch’ prompt, enter the branch for which Floor Model quantities are being zeroed.
    NOTE: Locator branches are not allowed.

  1. At the ‘By Product Type’ prompt, enter the product type for which Floor Model quantities are being zeroed.
    NOTE: Non-Inventory product types are not allowed.

  1. Enter “Y” at the ‘Correct?’ prompt.
    • Enter “N” to make changes to the entered branch and/or product type. You must clear the entry at ‘By Product Type’ prompt and press the Tab key to return to the ‘Branch’ prompt.
    • Enter “X” to exit the selection without making any changes.
