Field Definitions: Tab Descriptions (02-08-90-04)

Overview

Below are descriptions of each tab on the Order Maintenance Reasons screen.

Tabs

Order Maint
The reason codes set up on this tab are used whenever a change is made to an order in Order Maintenance. You will enter them at the ‘Enter Reason Code’ prompt that appears after locking an order.

Price Change
Whenever the price on a detail line is lowered in POS Entry or Order Maintenance, a box displaying all of the reasons set up on this tab, appears. You will need to select one of these reasons and then enter any other required information (Employee Number, Manager/Markdown Code, etc).

Return
The reason codes set up on this tab are used whenever an item is returned in POS Entry. A box displaying all of the reasons set up on this tab, appears. You will need to select one of the reasons and then enter any other required information (Employee Number, Manager/Markdown Code, etc).

Cancel Order
Whenever a Cancel Order (CO) transaction is created in POS Entry, a box displaying all of the reasons set up on this tab, appears. You will need to select one of these reasons and then enter any other required information (Employee Number, Manager/Markdown Code, etc).

Work Order
This option is not available at this time.
