How To: Running the Delivery Totals Purge (02-08-91-06)
Overview
This selection is used to purge order delivery totals. The length of time that these totals are kept in the system is determined by the ‘# Of Days To Retain Delivery Info’ preference in Order Preferences (02-08-90-01). When this selection is run, delivery totals that have been in the system longer than the specified number of days (based on the current Start of Day date and the order delivery date) are purged.
Special Notes
- Delivery totals are viewable through the Final Order Register selection (02-08-17).
- This selection is run automatically when Start of Day (01) is accessed.
