‘Employee Master Maintenance’ is Now GUI (10-20)

This selection has been upgraded to GUI.

You can no longer access ‘Employee Master Maintenance’ (10-20) using the ‘Fwd’ and ‘Bkwd’ options in the the ‘Miscellaneous Pay’ and ‘Master Tax Record’ selections.

‘Account History’ Selection Removed from A/R Open (12-36)

Because the information from this selection is also found in ‘Account Activity’ (12-61), it has been removed from Tyler.

Additionally, on the main A/R Open menu, Selections 50-64 (‘Inquiry/Coll Sub-System’) have been moved to a different part of the screen.

Account Number Now Analyzed Digit by Digit in ‘Chart of Accounts Listing,’ ‘Monthly Transaction Journal,’ and ‘Income Statement’ (15-20, 15-22, & 15-24)

Entries in the ‘From Account Number’ and ‘To Account Number’ fields are now analyzed digit by digit instead of by the entire six digits, enhancing the comparison between regions.

During Region Consolidation, Error Message Is Now Sent to Spooler

When merging an existing region with another existing region, if the system cannot move a Customer History Account/Sequence Number because the same Account/Sequence Number already exists in the Open Customer History File or History Customer History file of the new region, the system will print a message line to the “ABC” spooler.

IMPORTANT: Before running consolidation, verify that you have a spooler named “ABC” set up on your system. If you do not, please contact Tyler and we will set one up for you (no charge).
