How To: Viewing Transaction Processing Statuses (02-01)

Overview

This tutorial describes how to view statuses for a specific day/branch.

Step-by-Step

By default, branches in all regions display for the current month.

  1. To only show branches for a specific region, select a region from the drop-down list (this step is optional).

    Choose All to view statuses for the entire company.

  1. If you want to print a copy of the information on the screen, click Print.

  1. Click the Legend button to view descriptions of each transaction status.

  1. Click ‘Refresh’ to check for any status updates.
