Step-by-Step
- Enter the item number in the ‘Item#’ field.
- Notice the ‘Full Item #’ box to the right of the ‘Item#’ field. If this box is left unchecked, any items that begin with the numbers or letters entered in the ‘Item#’ field are included in the search results. If you check this box, only items meeting the entered item number exactly appear in the search results.
- When searching by item number, you must enter a date range in the ‘From’ and ‘To’ fields.
- Select a store from the ‘Store’ drop-down list. For this example, we only want to see transactions for a single store. However, you can include all stores by leaving this field set to ‘All.
- You can also search by Region (instead of just a single store).
- Additionally, this search can be narrowed further by entering Ticket Number, Transaction Type, P/O Number, Serial Number, Customer Number and/or Salesperson.
- Click Refresh.
- Whenever the search criteria is changed, you must click the Refresh button to update the results.
- The transactions appear.
- Click the More button to show more transactions. This button only appears if there are more transactions to display.
