Introduction: GUI Media Sales Stats (05-10-06)

Overview

This selection is used to view the Media Statistics for your company. You can view these figures in summary or detail form and also by individual store and department. Additionally, this selection allows you to print a paper copy to a laser printer or PDF file and download the report to your computer.

Remember that Media Tracking is used to measure the effectiveness of your various advertising campaigns. When Media Tracking is activated in Trans Entry Pre-Prompt (02-18-01, ‘Media Tracking’ preference) the ‘Media’ drop-down box appears in POS Entry (02-02) and Order Maintenance (02-08-02).

From this list you can select the form of advertising that brought the customer into the store (TV, Radio, Internet, Printed Media, Word of Mouth, etc.). The options that appear in this list are set up in the Sales Analysis Sales Statistics Table selection (05-10-09) and the statistics are viewed using this selection.

Special Notes

• This report can only be printed to a laser printer or PDF file.
• You can sort a report column by clicking on the Column Heading.
• You can move a report column by clicking on the Column Heading and dragging to the desired location.
