How To: Printing the Work Order Packing Sheets (21-02)

Overview

This tutorial describes how to print the work order packing sheets in Centralized Delivery.

  1. In the ‘Routing Date’ field, enter the Routing Date for the packing sheets.

  1. If you want to select specific routes to include in the packing sheets print, choose ‘Select from list’ from the ‘Route’ drop-down list. Later, on this screen, you will be able to select the routes. If you want to include all routes, select ‘All’ from the ‘Route’ drop-down list.

  1. If you want to select specific orders to include in the packing sheets print, choose ‘Select from list’ from the ‘Order’ drop-down list. Later, on this screen, you will be able to select the orders. If you want to include all orders, select ‘All’ from the ‘Order’ drop-down list.

  1. ‘Packing Sheet’ appears by default in the ‘Forms Group’ field because the system assumes you want to print the Work Order Packing Sheets with this selection.
    NOTE: You can also print the Work Order Picking Sheets and the Routing Manifest through this selection (either separately or in one batch) by clicking the Change Forms to print button. Please see the Forms Group sections of this document for details.

  1. From the ‘Print Order’ drop-down list, specify whether you want to print the packing sheets by Route or by Date.

  1. Click the Ok button at the bottom of the screen.

  1. If you chose ‘Select from list’ from the ‘Route’ and/or ‘Order’ drop-down lists, the system now asks you to select them from the list.

  1. If applicable, the ‘Select Routes to Print’ box appears. Select the routes that you want to include by clicking on them.
    • ‘Selected’ appears to the left of the route name when one has been successfully chosen.
    • Click on the route again to unselect it.
    • You can select and unselect all routes by using the Select All and Unselect All buttons, respectively.

  1. When all routes have been selected, click Done.

  1. If applicable, the ‘Select Orders to Print’ box appears. Select the orders that you want to include by clicking on them.
    • ‘Selected’ appears to the left of the order number when one has been successfully selected.
    • Click on the route again to unselect it.
    • You can select and unselect all routes by using the Select All and Unselect All buttons, respectively.

  1. Click Print Forms at the bottom of the screen.
    NOTE: If you want to set the current Forms Group as the default for this selection, click the Set as Default button before clicking the Print Forms button.

  1. Enter a Printer ID (physical printer or spooler) for the packing sheets.
