How To: Printing a Listing of Zones (21-11)

Overview

This selection is used to view and print a listing of zones and their assigned zip codes that are set up in your system (Zone Master Maintenance (21-90-40) and Zipcode to Zone Link (21-90-41)).

Zones can be viewed by Delivery Zone or Service Zone.

Step-by-Step

  1. At the ‘List by Delivery Zone, Service Zone, Exit’ prompt, enter “D” to view/print a listing of Delivery Zones or enter “S” to view/print a listing of Service Zones.

  1. Enter “P” at the prompt to print a listing of the information on the screen.

  1. Enter a valid printer or spooler ID at the ‘Select Printer’ prompt.
