How To: Printing a Listing of Routes (21-12)

Overview

This selection is used to print a listing of routes that are set up in your system (Route Master Maint (21-90-21)).

  1. At the ‘Order by’ prompt:
    1. Enter “B” to sort routes by the branch they are assigned to (if applicable). Then enter a branch range in the ‘From Branch’ and ‘To Branch’ fields. Press Tab in the ‘From Branch’ field to start the report with the first branch on file and press Tab in the ‘To Branch’ field to end the report with the last branch on file.
    2. Enter “R” to sort the report by Route Name. At the ‘Print Branch Links’ and ‘Print Zone/Zipcode Links’ prompts, enter “Y” to include any branches and/or zones/zip codes assigned to the routes, respectively.
    3. Enter “Z” to sort the report by Route Type and by Zone/Zipcode within each Route Type. Then enter a zone or zip code range (depending on how your routes are set up) in the ‘From Zone/Zipcode’ and ‘To Zone/Zipcode’ fields. Press Tab in the ‘From Zone /Zipcode’ field to start the report with the first zone/zip code on file and press Tab in the ‘To Zone/Zipcode’ field to end the report with the last zone/zip code on file.

  1. At the ‘Status’ prompt:
    1. Enter “A” to only include active routes on the report.
    2. Enter “I” to only include inactive routes on the report.
    3. Press Tab to include both active and inactive routes on the report.

  1. Enter “Y” at the ‘Is the Above Correct?’ prompt.

  1. Enter a valid printer or spooler ID at the ‘Select Printer’ prompt.
