How To: Running the Follow-Up Report (21-13)
Overview
This selection is designed to help you follow-up with a customer about a delivery/service after the order has been completed through Routing Completion by Route (21-05) or Routing Completion by Order (21-06).
You can easily view and/or print the start and end times for the route, along with basic information about the order. This can help you to establish an effective customer satisfaction program for your company’s deliveries and service calls.
Step-by-Step
- In the ‘Route’ field, enter a route to view the Follow Up report for.
- Enter the date for the report in the ‘Date’ field and press Tab.
- The schedule for the route and date appears. At the main prompt:
- Enter “L” to view a list of Delivery Check-In Codes set up in your system.
- Enter “P” to print a report of the information on the screen.
- Enter “R” to change the route and/or date for the report.
- Enter “T” to start the report with a certain stop/time slot. A list of the stops appears in a new window. At the ‘Position to Which Time Bracket’ prompt, enter the number of the stop that you want to start the report with. For example, if you want to start the report with an afternoon stop (1:00pm – 3:00pm), enter the Stop Number, in this case “03,” for that stop and press Tab. The window closes and the report now only shows Stop 03 and later. Any morning stops are not included.
- Enter “X” to close the selection.
