How To: Using the Unscheduled Details Screen (21-23)

Overview

This selection is used to schedule any orders that are currently designated as ‘Unscheduled.’ Normally, a dispatch staff is assigned to this role.

There are a number of reasons that an order is designated as ‘Unscheduled:’

  • the customer zip code is not on file
  • the system can’t find a route to schedule the order on
  • an employee clicked the Schedule Later button for this order in when it was accessed in the Scheduler
  • the ‘POS Always automatically Unschedules’ preference is checked

Step-by-Step

  1. When you access this selection, all unscheduled orders appear.

  1. Click an order to open it in the Scheduler.

  1. Schedule the order using your standard company procedures. Please refer to ‘The Scheduler’ section of this documentation for instructions on using that selection.
