How To: Using the Unscheduled Details Screen (21-23)
Overview
This selection is used to schedule any orders that are currently designated as ‘Unscheduled.’ Normally, a dispatch staff is assigned to this role.
There are a number of reasons that an order is designated as ‘Unscheduled:’
- the customer zip code is not on file
- the system can’t find a route to schedule the order on
- an employee clicked the Schedule Later button for this order in when it was accessed in the Scheduler
- the ‘POS Always automatically Unschedules’ preference is checked
Step-by-Step
- When you access this selection, all unscheduled orders appear.
- Click an order to open it in the Scheduler.
- Schedule the order using your standard company procedures. Please refer to ‘The Scheduler’ section of this documentation for instructions on using that selection.
