How To: Printing Consolidated Schedule Details (21-24)

Overview

This tutorial describes how to print details of the consolidated schedule.

  1. Click the Print button. The Consolidated Schedule Printing window opens.

  1. In the ‘Print for Date’ field, accept or modify the date. Today’s date appears by default.

  1. If you want to include Order Processing comments, Order Processing item lines, and/or Centralized Delivery comments, check the appropriate boxes on the window.

  1. Consolidated schedules containing orders on the selected date appear in the ‘Select Consolidated Schedule(s) to Print’ box. Select a schedule for print by clicking on it. ‘Y’ will then appear on in the ‘Selected’ column. Click the schedule again if you do not want to print it. The ‘Selected’ column will then appear blank.
    • You can also use the Select All and Unselect All buttons to add and remove (respectively) all schedules from the print at the same time.

  1. Click Print.

  1. Enter the ID of a physical printer or spooler at the ‘Select Printer’ prompt.
