How To: Running the Schedule Inquiry by Customer (21-31)
Overview
This selection is used to inquire on existing schedules by Customer Number. From this screen you can quickly tell if an order(s) for a specific customer are scheduled to a route, scheduled to a consolidated schedule, or if they are unscheduled.
Step-by-Step
- In the ‘Customer #’ field, enter the customer number for inquiry.
- The customer’s orders and corresponding schedule information appears on the screen:
- Enter “V” to view or modify the order in the Scheduler.
- Enter “T” to view or modify the order comments.
- Enter “L” to view the reason codes set up in your system.
- Enter “R” to view another order.
