How To: Running the Schedule Inquiry by Customer (21-31)

Overview

This selection is used to inquire on existing schedules by Customer Number. From this screen you can quickly tell if an order(s) for a specific customer are scheduled to a route, scheduled to a consolidated schedule, or if they are unscheduled.

  1. In the ‘Customer #’ field, enter the customer number for inquiry.

  1. The customer’s orders and corresponding schedule information appears on the screen:
    1. Enter “V” to view or modify the order in the Scheduler.
    2. Enter “T” to view or modify the order comments.
    3. Enter “L” to view the reason codes set up in your system.
    4. Enter “R” to view another order.
