How To: Creating a New Consolidated Schedule (21-90-20)
Overview
This tutorial describes how to create a new consolidated schedule.
Step-by-Step
- Enter “A” at the prompt.
- In the ‘CONS’ field, enter a code that identifies the schedule (up to three alphanumeric characters).
- Enter a description for the schedule in the ‘Description’ field.
- In the ‘Type’ field, enter the one character Route Type for this schedule (see options below). Only routes of the entered type can be assigned to this consolidated schedule.
Valid entries for this field include:
- “D” for Delivery
- “I” for In Home Service
- “P” for Pickup
- “C” for Class Instruction
- “B” for Bay Service
- “M” for Miscellaneous
- The rest of the fields on this screen are completed by the system using information from the routes assigned to this consolidated schedule:

The total number of Minutes/Stops (Limit 1) for all routes assigned to the consolidated schedule appears on the first line.
The total Volume/Cubits (Limit 2), if any, for all routes assigned to the consolidated schedule appears on the second line.

‘Y’ in this column means that at least one route assigned to the consolidated schedule has a Stop Number designated as First AM.
P
‘Y’ in this column means that at least one route assigned to the consolidated schedule has a Stop Number designated as First PM.
L
‘Y’ in this column means that at least one route assigned to the consolidated schedule has a Stop Number designated as Late.
