How To: Using Holiday File Maintenance (21-90-60)

Overview

This selection is used to specify Centralized Delivery Holidays, which are the days of the year on which work is not completed for any routes.

When Start of Day is run, Schedule Headers will not be created for days set up in this selection. However, if you need to manually create a schedule for a holiday, you can use the Schedule Header Details selection (21-20). For example, if you wanted to schedule a single delivery truck on Christmas Eve, you could do so with Schedule Details.

NOTE: If a Holiday is set up in this selection after the Schedule Header for that day has been created, the system will not recognize it as a holiday. To correct this, you will need to use the Schedule Header Details selection to lock that day.
