How To: Using Routing Completion Codes (21-90-61)
Overview
Routing Completion Codes are used with the Routing Completion by Route/Order selections (21-05 and 21-06) to determine when an order is completed. The default code is ‘D’ for ‘Done,’ and is used when the delivery is made or service is completed. Other codes, which require rescheduling of the order, could include ‘NH-Not Home,’ or ‘W-Wrong Address.’
If OP Order Update (02-08-16) is run before one of the Routing Completion selections is run, the completion time for order is the recorded as the time of Order Update. In this case, a completion code of ‘D’ is used.
Special Notes
- Route Completion can also be viewed on the Follow-Up Report (21-13).
