How To: Running the Schedule Inquiry by Customer (21-30)
Overview
This selection is used to inquire on existing schedules by Order Number. From this screen you can quickly tell if an order is scheduled to a route, scheduled to a consolidated schedule, or if it is unscheduled.
Step-by-Step
- In the ‘Order #’ field, enter the order number for inquiry.
- The corresponding order and schedule information appears on the screen:
- Enter “P” to print a paper copy of the inquiry information, which includes the current schedule, order comments, and a complete schedule history.
- Enter “V” to view or modify the order in the Scheduler.
- Enter “T” to view or modify the order comments.
- Enter “L” to view the reason codes set up in your system.
- Enter “R” to view another order.
