How To: Running the Schedule Inquiry by Customer (21-30)

Overview

This selection is used to inquire on existing schedules by Order Number. From this screen you can quickly tell if an order is scheduled to a route, scheduled to a consolidated schedule, or if it is unscheduled.

  1. In the ‘Order #’ field, enter the order number for inquiry.

  1. The corresponding order and schedule information appears on the screen:
    1. Enter “P” to print a paper copy of the inquiry information, which includes the current schedule, order comments, and a complete schedule history.
    2. Enter “V” to view or modify the order in the Scheduler.
    3. Enter “T” to view or modify the order comments.
    4. Enter “L” to view the reason codes set up in your system.
    5. Enter “R” to view another order.
