How To: Creating a Zip Code Link (20-07)

Overview

This tutorial describes how to associate a zip code with a city, stat, and country/region.

Step-by-Step

1. Click the ‘Maintain’ button.

2. The Zip Code Link Maintenance window appears. Enter a zip code. The field is a maximum of 9 alphanumeric characters.
• When an existing zip code is entered, the corresponding information displays.

3. Enter the city for this zip code.

4. Enter the state for this zip code.

5. If the entered state is one of the 50 American states, “USA-United States of America” pre-prompts.

   If not, the field remains blank and a Country/Region can be entered.

6. Click ‘Add/Update’ to create the zip code link. Click ‘Clear’ to clear the fields and start again.

   Repeat the process as many times as necessary until all desired zip code links have been added.

7. When you are finished, click ‘Done.’
