The RF Order Check In selection is run after vehicles return from making deliveries. The purpose of the selection is to confirm, in the system, the items that were delivered and the items that were not.
Step-by-Step
This tutorial describes how to check in an entire order with an RF scanner.
- If desired, enter the name of the route (or consolidated route) in the ‘Route’ field.
- Enter the delivery date of the order being checked in.
- Confirm your entries.
- Scan the order number from the Packing Sheet.
- Enter the delivery status of the order. Since this tutorial is describing how to check in a complete order, enter “1.”
The following are the available options:
1-Full Delivery
Select this option (“1”) if all items on the order were delivered as scheduled.
D-Delete

5-Not Delivered
Enter “5” to indicate that no items on the specified order were delivered.
9-Partial
“9” indicates that the selected order was only partially delivered and some items are being checked back into the warehouse.
- To finish entering orders for the route, press Enter on the scanner without inputting anything in the ‘Order’ field.
- A prompt appears at the bottom of the screen asking you if there are more orders to check in. Enter “N.”
