How To: Adding & Deleting Partition Usernames (30-03)

Overview

This selection is used to assign usernames to the terminal partitions.

Adding a Username

1. Enter “A” at the prompt.

2. In the Terminal# field, enter the terminal to assign a username name to.

3. In the User’s Name field, enter the username for the terminal.
• The field is a maximum of 11 alphanumeric characters.

Deleting a Username

1. Enter “D” at the prompt.

2. In the Terminal# field, enter the terminal for which the username will be deleted.

3. The username appears and the system asks if you want to ‘Delete Above Terminal’. Press Tab to delete this username from the terminal.

Listing All Usernames

1. Enter “L” at the prompt.

2. All terminals and the corresponding usernames appear on the screen.
