Field Definitions: Unscheduled Details (21-23)
Overview
Below are descriptions of each field on the Unscheduled Details screen.
Date Desired
This is the requested delivery date for the order.
Date Entered
This is the date the transaction was originally entered.
AM PM LATE Reqsted
If you are using First AM/First PM/Late stops and the customer has requested one of these timeslots, it appears in this column when an order has been scheduled to a stop.
NOTE: If you are not using First AM/First PM/Late stops, this column does not appear on the screen.
In/Out
‘I’ displays in this field if the route is an Inside route.
‘O’ displays in this field if the route is an Outside route.
Zone/Zipcode
The zip code for the order appears here.
Route Type
This is the route type required by the order.
Branch
This is the branch for the order.
From Order
The application source of the order (OP-Order Processing, WO-Service, CD-Centralized Delivery) appears in the ‘From’ column.
The order number assigned to this stop appears in the ‘Order’ column.
Stops
(or Minutes)
(or Minutes)
This amount of time (stops/minutes) required by the order.
Volume
This is the volume required by the order.
NOTE: If you are not using Volume, this column does not appear on the screen.
