How To: Adding an Order to the Manifest (02-08-12-01)

Overview

The following steps describe how to add an order to the manifest on the Routing Manifest Maintenance screen.

Step-by-Step

  1. At the prompt, enter “A.”

  1. In the Order field, enter an order with a status of ‘2-Checked Out.’

  1. The order information appears. Modify the Route, Delivery Date, and Time Stop information, if necessary, and press the Tab key.

  1. If the entered order meets the manifest criteria at the top of the screen (warehouse, date, route/zone), the order appears when the screen refreshes. If it does not, you will need to reenter the manifest criteria to view/maintain the order.

  1. To make changes to an order on the screen, enter “C” at the prompt and modify the appropriate fields. If you change the order so that it no longer meets the manifest criteria, it is removed from the screen. You will need to reenter the manifest criteria to view it.
