How To: Changing the Pickup Branch on an Order (02-08-02)

This tutorial describes to how change the pickup branch on an order in Order Maintenance.

Step-by-Step

Changing the Pickup Branch for an Entire Order

  1. Access an order and lock it using the steps described in the ‘Adding a Line to an Order’ tutorial.

  1. Click the Routing tab.

  1. In the ‘Warehouse’ drop-down menu, select the new pickup branch.

  1. When finished making changes, click OK.

Changing the Pickup Branch for an Individual Item

  1. Access an order and lock it using the steps described in the ‘Adding a Line to an Order’ tutorial.

  1. Click the Detail tab.

  1. Click the line containing the item for which you are changing the pickup branch.

  1. In the ‘P/U’ drop down field, select the new pickup location for the item.

  1. Click Close.

  1. The Detail Maintenance window appears. Click Yes to update the changes.

  1. The new pickup branch is now reflected in the ‘P/U’ field on the detail tab.
