How To: Entering B-Flag Serial Number Information (03-10-01)

Overview

When you enter a B-Flag Serial Number item on an adjustment and click the ‘Accept’ box, a window opens for entry of the serial number information.

Step-by-Step

  1. In the ‘Serial #’ field, enter the serial number(s) for the item(s). Or, click the search button to view valid serial numbers for the item.
    NOTE: The search feature is only available for Outbound adjustments.

  1. Click the ‘Add’ button.

  1. Repeat Steps 1-2 until all serial numbers are entered.
    • Use the ‘Serial Numbers Added’ counter at the top of the window to keep track of the serial numbers you are entering.

  1. Move to Step 11 of the ‘Entering an Inventory Adjustment’ tutorial or Step 7 of the ‘Adding a Line to an Inventory Adjustment’ tutorial.
