Errors & Messages: Reset Status Control (02-42)
Overview
The following are errors and messages that might appear when running the G/L Spreadsheet selection.
Errors & Messages
All transaction processing for the month has not been completed. Month end processing cannot be initiated until Transaction processing is finished – Tab to exit.
Displays if all transactions for the month have not been updated and the G/L Spreadsheet (02-40) has not been printed for all branches. Verify through Status Inquiry (02-01) that all branch/days are at either an “X” or a blank status.
G/L Spreadsheet has not been printed for Branch XXXX. Reset Status Control is disallowed. Tab to continue.
Displays when the G/L Spreadsheet selection has not been printed for the branch displayed in the error message. You cannot run Reset Status Control until the G/L Spreadsheet is printed.
Revolving Ageing Process is in progress – Can’t reset now.
Displays when the A/R Revolving Aging/History Processing selections (14-70 through 14-74) have not been completed. Wait until the Revolving Aging process is completed before re-running this selection.
Revolving Billing Cycle needs to be closed – or Installment Billing Cycle Needs to be Closed.
Displays if either the A/R Revolving billing cycle or the A/R Installment billing cycle have not been closed. Verify through Billing Cycle Maintenance (13-90-03) or Billing Cycle Codes (14-90-03) that all billing cycles have been closed before running this selection.
The Master Control File is not complete. The System cannot run without this file.
