How To: Running the Commission Report (02-22)

Overview

This tutorial describes how to run the Commission Report.

  1. From the ‘Region’ drop-down menu, select the region code for which the Commission Report is being run.

  1. From the ‘SlsPer’ drop-down menu:
    1. Select ‘All’ to include all salespeople on the Commission Report.
      IMPORTANT: This report must be run for all salespeople at least once each payroll period in order to build the Commission Summary File and Payroll Interface File.
    2. Select a Salesperson ID to run the Commission Report for only one salesperson.

  1. The payroll period that the Commission Report is being run for appears in the ‘From and To’ fields. If you need to change it, run the Preparation for Reports selection (02-20) and specify a different date range. Then re-run this selection.

  1. Select the ‘Suppress print of detail lines’ checkbox to exclude detail lines from the report.

  1. Click the ‘Accept’ button.
    • Click the ‘Close’ button to exit the selection.

  1. Enter a Printer ID for the report.
