  1. At the ‘Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly or Range of Dates’ prompt:
    1. Enter “M” to print the report for a specific month. Then enter the month and year for the report.
    2. Enter “Q” to print the report for a specific quarter. Then enter the month and year for the report.
    3. Enter “Y” to print the report for a specific year. Then enter the month and year for the report.
NOTE: The sales tax numbers are calculated by calendar year. If you want to run a quarterly or yearly report, the month you enter in this field must be the end of that period. The date for a yearly report would be in the form 12xx, where a quarterly report could take the forms 03xx, 06xx, 09xx or 12xx.
    4. Enter “R” to print the report for a specific date range. Then enter a range of dates for the report (in ‘MMDDYY’ format) in the ‘Enter Start Date’ and ‘Enter End Date’ fields.

  1. At the ‘Print Non-Taxable Report By’ prompt:
    1. Enter “B” to sort the Non-Taxable report by branch.
    2. Enter “T” to sort the Non-Taxable report by tax code.
    3. Enter “D” to sort the Non-Taxable report by department.
    4. Enter “P” to sort the Non-Taxable report by product type.

  1. At the ‘Print Non-Taxable Report Detail or Summary’ prompt:
    1. Enter “D” and every non-taxable transaction for the month prints on the report.
    2. Enter “S” and only the subtotals and grand totals for non-taxable transactions are included on the report.

  1. Enter “Y” at the ‘Create a Spreadsheet File for the PC’ prompt to create a comma delimited file (named ‘ZTP4306’) of the Summary Report by Taxcode/Level/Branch.
    • You can download this file to your computer using the DOS Text selection in ITPlus Superhighway (34-80-03-01). Since the exported file is comma delimited, save it with a ‘.csv’ extension.

  1. At the ‘Run the Rental Sales Tax Report’ prompt, enter “Y” to print the Rental Sales Tax Report.
    • If you are printing the report by a range of dates (option ‘R’ at the first prompt) this prompt does not appear. Instead, a message reminding you to run the Rental Tax Sales Report (22-82) displays at the bottom of the screen.
    • This prompt only appears if the Rental application is licensed on your system.

  1. Enter a Printer ID for the report.
