  1. Enter the item number in the ‘Item#’ field.

  1. Notice the ‘Full Item #’ box to the right of the ‘Item#’ field. If this box is left unchecked, any items that begin with the numbers or letters entered in the ‘Item#’ field are included in the search results. If you check this box, only items meeting the entered item number exactly appear in the search results.

  1. When searching by item number, you must enter a date range in the ‘From’ and ‘To’ fields.

  1. Select a store from the ‘Store’ drop-down list. For this example, we only want to see transactions for a single store. However, you can include all stores by leaving this field set to ‘All.
    • You can also search by Region (instead of just a single store).
    • Additionally, this search can be narrowed further by entering Ticket Number, Transaction Type, P/O Number, Serial Number, Customer Number and/or Salesperson.

  1. Click Refresh.
    • Whenever the search criteria is changed, you must click the Refresh button to update the results.

  1. The transactions appear.
    • Click the More button to show more transactions. This button only appears if there are more transactions to display.
