How To: Printing Serial Number Details (03-31-02)

Overview

This tutorial describes how to print the details of an individual serial number.

Step-by-Step

  1. In the ‘Item #’ field, enter the item number that you want to print.

  1. In the ‘Serial #’ field, enter the serial number for the item.

  1. The serial number information appears. Click the ‘Print’ button.

  1. At the prompt, enter the ID of a physical printer, or enter “PDF” to save the list to a PDF file. If printing to PDF, accept or modify the filename and click ‘Ok.’
    IMPORTANT: When printing to PDF, you must have an ‘Transaction Processing’ folder specified in Company PDF/Export Directory (30-04) or By Term PDF/Export Directory (30-05) in order for the PDF to save successfully to your computer.
