How To: Running the Transfer Audit (03-11-02)
Overview
This selection is used to print a listing of all transfers that are ready for update.
Special Notes
- If the ‘Activate Request for Transfer’ preference is set to ‘Y’ in Transfer Preferences (03-11-90-01), only the documents that have been confirmed through Receiving Confirmation (03-11-13) will appear on the audit.
- Before running Update Processing (03-11-03), verify that the information on the report is correct.
- If the ‘Activate Request for Transfer’ preference is set to ‘N’ in Transfer Preferences (03-11-90-01), you can make any necessary changes through Transfers Entry/Inquiry/Maint (03-11-01). You will then need to print the audit again.
- If the ‘Activate Request for Transfer’ preference is set to ‘Y’ in Transfer Preferences (03-11-90-01), no changes are allowed once the transfer is confirmed through Receiving Confirmation (03-11-12). If you determine that a transfer was incorrectly confirmed, an offsetting transfer must be created to correct the error.
- The sort order of the audit is determined by the ‘Sort Picking Sheet By’ preference in Transfers Preferences (03-11-90-01).
Step-by-Step
- In the ‘Ending Print Date’ field, enter the ending date for the audit. Transfers with a date or on before the entered date will be included on the audit. Leave the field set to ‘All’ to include all transfers.
- In the ‘Starting Document #’ field, enter the transfer document number to start the report with. Leave the field set to ‘All’ to start the report with the first document on file.
- In the ‘Ending Document #’ field, enter the transfer document number to end the report with. Leave the field set to ‘All’ to end the report with the last document number on file.
- Click the ‘Print’ button.
- In the ‘Select Printer’ field, enter the ID of a physical printer or spooler.
IMPORTANT: You cannot print the audit to a PDF file.
