Export Button Added to Room List Maintenance (02-08-90-07)
An Export button has been added to Room List Maintenance.
New Selection: Phase List Maintenance (02-08-90-12)
A new selection has been added that allows you to create and maintain a list of delivery phases. This feature will be implemented to the Sales Transaction screen at a later date.
Auto Build of PO’s Update (04-54-03)
The Auto Build of PO’s selection has been enhanced to allow entry of a specific vendor.
‘Assigned Store’ and ‘Brand’ filters added to Sales by Sales Associate Report (05-41-08)
You can now filter the Sales by Sales Associate Report by Assigned Store and Brand.
Brand Master File (05-63)
The Brand Master File now displays the vendor that a brand is assigned to in ‘Brand/Vendor Cross Reference’ (04-54-90-01), if applicable.
Payroll Calculation (10-10)
The Payroll Calculation has been changed to disallow a new payroll calculation if there is a MTD, QTD, YTD Reset in progress.
MTD, QTD, YTD Reset (10-15)
MTD, QTD, YTD Reset has been updated to verify that there is not a payroll currently pending before completing the reset.
Invoice Entry (11-01) & PO – AP Entry (04-20)
When AP Invoice Entry and PO to AP is first accessed, the system now requests entry of an Employee Number or User ID (if applicable). If User ID is activated, the Batch ID will be retained. If User ID is not being used, the Employee Number is retained.
Multiple changes to Transaction Inquiry (11-31)
The following changes have been made to Transaction Inquiry:
- A new column on the Detail Tab displays the Employee Number/Batch ID entered during Invoice Entry or PO – AP Entry.
- The Summary Tab has been enhanced to display purchases, payments, credits, and debits. It will use the invoice date to determine the period from which transactions are included.
- Future amounts are now properly displayed in the ‘Future’ field for Aging by Past and Future.
- Paid transactions now display correctly with an Invoice Status of ‘X’.
- The ‘Age’ column for ‘Number of Days Aged’ has been corrected to display the proper number of days based on due date.
- The Transaction Tab has been enhanced to display ‘*******’ in the ‘Check#’ field if there is more than one check for the invoice.
- The ‘Invoice Date’ and ‘Due Date’ columns will display ‘********’ if there is more than one transaction for the invoice number. Click the ‘Detail’ button to display all included transactions.
- This selection now allows you to Export the information on the screen to a spreadsheet program. Note that on the Detail tab of the spreadsheet, there is a ‘hidden’ column B that has the actual transaction type (DI, CM01, CM02, DM01, etc).
- When the Print button is clicked, you can choose to print a Detail or Summary version of the report and click a checkbox to include comments. The actual report has been enhanced to include information for the Vendor from the Vendor Master.
- When the Show History Invoice option is selected, up to 5 years of invoice history are included on the report.
Check History (11-40-11)
A new column on the Detail Tab of Check History displays the Entry Employee #/Batch ID entered during Invoice Entry or PO – AP Entry.
A/R Open Statement Print (12-41)
To make it easier to email PDF statements, there is a new option to include a page break between each statement on the PDF.
