Fixed Minor Calculation Errors on A-Flag Serial Number Items in Quick Ship (02-08-03)
When an A-Flag serial item with multiple quantities is shipped, the line amount will no longer be off by a couple of cents.
Customer’s Cell Number Added to Non-GUI Packing Sheet Print (02-08-10)
The Non-GUI version of the Picking/Packing Sheet Print now includes the customer’s cell phone number.
‘Commission’ Column Added to the Commission Report (02-22)
The Summary by Group ID section of the Commission Report now includes a ‘Commission’ column for each salesperson.
Bulk Invoice Reprint is Now GUI (02-56)
This selection is now GUI.
You can filter the report by Branch and Salesperson and choose to only include transactions that were paid for with an A/R account.
Last Year’s GM% Added to Sales By Store Report (05-41-01)
When using the Define Columns option in this selection, if the ‘Last Year’ box is checked, the Gross Margin Percentage from last year is now included in the columns that are added to the report.
New Filters Added to Items Sold Download Report (05-41-05)
In this selection, you can now include the employee numbers of Salesperson 1 and Salesperson 2, along with their percentage of the commission on the report. You can also include the Brand and Vendor Cost for each item.
Change to Customer’s Address on Scheduled Work Order Also Updates to Centralized Delivery (21-21)
If a work order is scheduled to a route and the customer’s address is changed, the address is now also changed in the Centralized Delivery files.
New Message Added to Zip Code Import (24-15)
During import, when trying to override an existing Tax ID, the following message appears:
“Changing an existing Tax Set-up will cause any open orders to need recalculation if any changes are made to an order. It is recommended to create a new Tax Code vs maintaining an existing one.”
Sales Tax Table Entry is Now GUI (30-02-04)
This selection is now GUI.
The report can be opened directly in Excel and a new message appears when accessing the selection, warning of the problems caused by changing an existing tax code:
