Email Support Announcement

TylerNet would like to remind clients that free email support is offered for basic non-urgent questions only. If your issue cannot be resolved effectively within the perimeters of email support, you may be asked to call in or approve charges for research.

Further, while the Support Department is often able to address email questions quickly, emails are considered non urgent and are prioritized as such. Based on our call volume your issue may not be addressed same day, therefore if your matter is urgent we encourage you to call.

Email assistance for RDB is always considered billable at the standard rates. For complete information on support billing rates and perimeters, please visit the clients only section of Tylernet.com.
