The following updates have been applied to TylerNet. Please read them carefully, as some might require action from you.

Sales Analysis – New Detail Available – 05-18-01

The ticket level detail for the Region & Company total line is now available on screen (click on total line to display).

Sales Analysis – Display Options – 05-41-02

When selecting display by Brand Totals, the ‘Collapse All’ & ‘Expand All’ buttons are now available.

Sales Analysis – Serial Number Detail Display – 05-41-06

A serial number field has been added to the detail display if applicable.

Removed Selections

The following selections are now obsolete and have been removed from the Convergence menu.

• Address Book (36)
• Quote Ticket Inquiry (02-14) – Replaced by 02-16
• Item Inquiry bye Date (02-18) – Replaced by 02-16
• Finance & Insurance (02-53)
• Finance Tracking (02-54)
• Data Collector (03-14)
• NRF Size Matrix (03-36)
• Sales Transaction Audit/Update (15-12)
• Sales Transactions Adjustment (15-13)

NOTE: Clients on 21.5 that have not completed a Month End for Sales (02-42) will still have access to 15-12 and 15-13 until that first close is complete.
